Thursday’s 5 PM class is now a strength and agility class for 11-14 year olds.
No regular wods Thursdays at 5 PM.

We still have some space available in our March FUNdamentals class! If you have thought about trying CrossFit, this is a way to learn the basic movements and develop some good motor patterns under the instruction of one of our coaches. Classes start March 2nd.
