Who would be interested in a ladies only WOD?
We would be doing regular wods and focusing A little more on skill work. The times are:
Option A: Monday Wednesday Friday at 8 am.
Option B: Monday Wednesday Friday at 10 am.
I know most of us work during that time but we don’t have evening spots available. Just a thought for our stay at home mamas or our odd scheduled Ladies.
Ill double that for speallers win. I say AMRAP with toes to bar, heavy thrusters and hand stand push ups. Maybe even pull ups over the toes to bar. —Z
