We still have some space available in our March FUNdamentals class! If you have thought about trying CrossFit, this is a way to learn the basic movements and develop some good motor patterns under the instruction of one of our coaches. Classes start March 2nd.

Monday, Wednesday and Thursday at 8am or 7pm. Give us a call or email if you have any questions.
