Important schedule update!!!
This Friday and Saturday we are co hosting the gnarly throwdown. Because of this, Friday evening, there will only be a 4 and 5 pm class. No 6 pm. (Regular morning classes). And Saturday there is no class. We will be over at Crossfit sandy from 9 to noon for the throwdown.
