It’s a core strength and conditioning program. At CrossFit GSL, athletes perform functional movements at high intensity, giving you a comprehensive, full-body workout in under an hour. Classes are instructor-led and peer-driven, providing an excellent mixture of individual coaching and group motivation.

CrossFit is an incredibly effective method of burning fat and building muscle. Workouts change daily and are scaled to each athlete eliminating boredom and plateaus.

Anyone can excel at CrossFit GSL if they have the right attitude. We will change your life and how you view health and fitness. Our classes are coached, so you get the right mix of education, encouragement and challenge.

  • FIVE STARS! I have been to several other CrossFits and this one is the cleanest, biggest and has the most qualified trainers. The programming is fantastic. I love the structure and variety of endurance and strength. Every trainer wants to help and see you succeed and encourage you. Best way to workout and place to do it!
